Permission Granted

Do you know what an elixir is?

Webster’s defines it as a magical or medicinal potion.  Another source says:  a magical liquid that can cure illness or extend life.

Ooh I love elixirs!  I love the idea of something having special powers to heal and restore and cleanse.

I want to share some very powerful elixirs with you today.

These are “word” elixirs…and if you will take the time to mediate on them,  soak in their healing power, and drink down the Truth of them, you will discover a new kind of soul freedom.

This isn’t tricky.

This doesn’t require you to go on a hardcore quest.

All you need to do is receive.

And Allow these words to work in you.

And have a great time reading them and saying them out loud.

You might want to print them out and put them by your bed to meditate on before falling asleep and upon awakening.

Are you ready for Elixir #1?

You don’t have to be anything you don’t want to be.

Again:  You don’t have to be anything you don’t want to be.

Now here comes Elixir #2:

You don’t have to live up to anyone’s expectations.

Elixir #3:

There’s no need to strive for a kind of perfection that’s not very interesting to you.

Elixir #4:

You don’t have to believe in ideas that make you sad or tormented, and you don’t have to feel emotions that others try to manipulate you into feeling.

Pretty darn powerful aren’t they?

I’m in love with their cleansing transformative power.

Oh how I wish this was the kind of stuff we lived and taught our young—and it’s not too late.

You will be in world service if you choose to believe and live these healing messages.

In the words of author Iain Thomas:  You are well within your rights to stand up, interrupt everyone around you and say “This is not who I am. This is not what I want. I’m sorry, but you’ve mistaken me for somebody else.”

So….for you….today….and tomorrow….and forever….PERMISSION GRANTED to be anyone you want to be!

Drinking deep,
